Crew of the An-72 returned to the home base after performing tasks in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Chief of the State Flight Test Centre of the Russian Defence Ministry named after Chkalov Major General Radik Bariyev, representatives of the Yunarmiya movement, veterans, and relatives met the pilots.

Major General Radik Bariyev congratulated the pilots and expressed his gratitude for successful task performance.

On December 11, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armed Forces, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, ordered the withdrawal of troops.
