Tu-22M3 aircraft return back home in Kaluga region from North Ossetia

Crews of Tu-22M3 long-range bombers arrived in the Kaluga region from North Ossetia airfield after performing tasks on eliminating terrorists in the Syrian Arab Republic.

Commander of the long-range aviation Lieutenant General Sergei Kobylash, representatives of the Yunarmiya movement, veterans, and relatives met the pilots.

Lieutenant General Sergei Kobylash congratulated the pilots and expressed his gratitude for successful task performance.

On December 11, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armed Forces, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, ordered the withdrawal of troops.
