More than 50 trainees study in 14 specializations in Yeysk Naval Air Force Combat Employment and Retraining Center

More than 300 flight and engineering servicemen in 50 training groups from the Central Officers' Courses will train in the Naval Air Force Combat Employment and Retraining Center in the city of Yeysk in 2017-2018.

Currently, more than 50 trainees are studying in 14 specializations from the Pacific, Black Sea, Northern and Baltic Fleets.

Earlier, in late October the Centre completed training of a group of commanders, naval executive officers of ships carrying deck aircraft, in the issues on organising air traffic.

The combined aviation regiment of the Centre retrained more than 40 pilots and navigators for planes and helicopters of the Naval Air Force.

The regiment’s flying time by the end of the year exceeded 4,500 hours, the flying time per one pilot is more than 150 hours.
