Crews of Buk-M2 and S-300PS air defence systems of the Southern MD formation located in Kuban practised repelling a simulated massive missile air strike.

Su-30SM, Su-25SM, and Mi-8AMTSh helicopters acted as simulated enemy’s aircraft.

All targets were detected, tracked, and eliminated by electronic missile launches.

Over 100 troops and about 50 pieces of military and special hardware were involved.
