Russian Helicopters shareholders will hold an extraordinary general meeting on November 15

The shareholders of JSC Russian Helicopters will hold an extraordinary general meeting by absentee voting on November 15. According to the company's statement, the record date is October 24.

The shareholders are expected to amend the company's charter, to consider a major related-party transaction (a surety agreement concluded with JSC Rosoboronexport) and inter-related interested party transactions, concluded with PJSC STLC.
