The first Tu-214PU-SBUS aircraft was made the first flight. The plane was built for Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation by the Kazan Aviation Plant named after Gorbunov. This reported by Izvestia newspaper.

There it is not known whether the board is equipped with special equipment. Earlier there was information that it should be equipped with an onboard communication unit SBUS-214.
