Il-76 crews of the Russian Aerospace Forces conducted bombardment of objects of the simulated enemy in course of annual aviation exercise.

Flight crews of aviation regiments from the Tver, Pskov and Rostov regions took off in order to carry out an aviation strike on special targets installed in the Tver region.

The strikes were conducted from the altitude of 600 meters on ground targets, which had been imitating military hardware and infrastructural objects of the simulated enemy’s airfield. 

The flights were performed in 2 shifts at day- and nighttime in complicated weather conditions.

In total, more than 10 crews of Il-76 military transports were involved in the exercise.
