More than 30 crews of Ka-52 and Mi-8AMTSh helicopters of the Western military district army aviation formation started group flying training in the Pskov region.
In course of the training, pilots of Ka-52 helicopters escorted and covered Mi-8AMTSh helicopters, which had been involved in the assault operation.
Moreover, they conducted aerobatic elements and flights along the route to the assigned area.
Combat firing against ground targets will be the next stage of combat training of the army aviation crews.
