Technodinamika intends to sell the stakes in two Samara-located entities, the company informed.

In particular, the blocking stakes in Aggregate and Gidroavtomatika are set out for sale at 249mln rub.

Both entities are the producers of the pneumatic, fuel and hydraulic components for aviation systems. In 2015 the revenues at Aggregate reached 437.9mln rub.; net profit - 38.9mln rub.; revenues at Hydroavtomatika - 1.152bn rub.; net profit - 51mln rub.

Technodinamika provides development and production of the systems for air planes and components for the units used in the gas/oil sector. It includes 36 entities and is involved into Rostekh structure.
