Plane flying from Moscow to Kulyab makes emergency landing due to unruly passenger

A Moscow, Russia– Kulyab, Tajikistan, flight had to land urgently because of the aggressive passenger, who staged a riot onboard the aircraft.

The Ural Airlines’ A320 passenger plane was flying from Moscow to Kulyab and had emergency landing in Samara, Ural Airlines informed Interfax.

One noted that the aircraft commander made this decision because of the unruly passenger, who tried to beat the flight attendants.

“The Ural Airlines’ plane was flying fromMoscowto Kulyab last night, but in flight, one of the passengers, a citizen of Tajikistan, for no apparent reason started behaving aggressively and tried to injure flight attendants. After several attempts to attack the crew with the fists the man was neutralized, but the commander still decided to make an emergency landing in Samara”, Interfax quoted Ural Airlines’ report.

After the emergency landing in Samara, the Tajik rowdy was handed over to police officers who removed his from the aircraft, after that the aircraft could continue its flight.
