Air traffic between Russia and Egypt may resume in October, a source close to the Transport Ministry of Russia told TASS.
The source said that this period was discussed during the visit of Russian Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov to Egypt.
"Yesterday at a meeting with the Egyptian President Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov said that Russia is ready to resume air communication with Egypt in October, if the Egyptian airports confirm the reuired level of safety," he said.
