Today, servicemen of the 106 Airborne division are loading combat hardware into transport aircraft in course of the command-and-staff exercise held in Ryazan.

The preparation of the hardware for parachute operation is held near the Dyagilevo airfield (Ryazan Region). Combat hardware will be projected to the assigned region.

The large-scale command-and-staff exercise with the Airborne formation will last until September 27 at the military ranges of the Ryazan Region.

In total, about 3.500 servicemen and 350 pieces of military and special hardware are involved in the command-and-staff exercise held in the territory of three subjects of the Russian Federation.

The exercise is held under the military inspection of the Russian Defence Ministry.
