Russian Helicopters acquired 100% in 99 ZATO

Sep. 19 Russian Helicopters acquired 100% in 99 Plant of aviation technological equipment (99 ZATO), the company informed.

Earlier, it had none stakes in the Plant. 

99 ZATO (TIN 7751520180, Moscow) provides development of special technological equipment and repair of aviation devices.

Russian Helicopters (TIN 7731559044) is a sub of Oboronprom included into Russian Technologies. It provides control over Moscow M.Mil's Helicopter Plant, Kamov, Ulan Udinsky Aviation Plant, Kazansky Helicopter Plant, Rostvertol, Arsenyevskaya Aviation Company Progress, Kumertauskoe Aviation PO, Moscow Engineering Plant Vpered, Stupinskoe Engineering PO, Reduktor-PM and Helicopter Servicing Company (VSK).

The 2015-net profit (IAS) rallied up 2.04 fold to 42.198bn rub. from 20.712bn rub.; revenues being up 29.52% to 219.972bn rub. from 169.842 rub.; operating profit - 48.7% to 58.594bn rub. from 39.404bn rub.; EBITDA - 39.55% to 65.606bn rub. from 47.014bn rub.; EBITDA margin coming to 29.8% from 27.7% in 2014

The 2015 net profit boosted (RAS) 2.99 fold to 2.913bn rub. from 975.841mln rub. prior year; revenues rallied up 2.21 fold to 9.078bn rub. from 4.107bn rub.; losses from sales being down 3.95 fold to 383.253mln rub. from 1.515bn rub.; pretax profit doubled to 3.042bn rub. from 1.23bn rub.
