Aeroflot has launched an online poll to decide on the new design of its website.

Voting is open at http://aeroflotdesign.ru/en/ until 14 September, with three designs on display as well as the option to vote against all of them.

Russia’s flag carrier has previously used crowdsourcing as a way to increase engagement with passengers and improve customer service, for example to discover its most popular on-board menu items.

The latest poll aims to choose the most attractive, informative and functional version of Aeroflot’s website, www.aeroflot.ru/en, to best reflect customer demand.
