The air terminal of Anapa International Airport which has been under construction since the start of this year is 60% completed, the press service of Basel Aero LLC informed.
The area of the new terminal is 11,800 square meters (against the current area of 5,000 square meters), the passenger throughput will reach 600 passengers per hour (against today's flow of 400 passengers per hour, including 340 passengers per hour on domestic flights). Basel Aero's total investment in this project has exceeded RUB 1.4 billion.
In 2016, Anapa International Airport intends to serve more than 1.2 million passengers.
Anapa International Airport (tax number: 2301013617) is part of the airport group Basel Aero. The airport serves the resort city of Anapa, the cities Novorossiysk and Temryuk. The airport is capable of serve 21 takeoff and landing operations per hour. The current terminal has an area of 5,000 square meters, its throughput being 400 passengers per hour.
In H1 2016, the passenger throughput of Anapa Airport increased by 29% year-on-year to 449,157.
According to AK&M Information Agency's DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of PJSC Anapa Airport for 2015 was RUB 213.584 million against a loss of RUB 10.63 million the year before. Revenue increased by 17.71% to RUB 697.735 million from RUB 592.765 million, sales profit by 82.99% to RUB 190.586 million from RUB 104.151 million, pre-tax profit was RUB 269.059 million against a loss of RUB 12.672 million in 2014.
