Eurowings to pull out of Russia from mid-4Q

Eurowings will terminate its Russian services at the end of the current summer season Russia's Kommersant newspaper has reported.

A source for the LCC told the paper that its daily Berlin Tegel-Moscow Domodedovo route, launched in October 2015, had not lived up to expectations in terms of demand and revenue.

The budget brand of the Lufthansa Group, Eurowings offers regular flights across Europe, as well as to the Indian Ocean, the Gulf, North America, the Caribbean, and Southeast Asia.
