June 28 at the Koltsovo International Airport annual meeting the holders decided to pass the 2015-dividends and to retain the profit, the company informed.

The annual report and internal documents were affirmed. 
The new BOD members were elected. Ernst & Young was approved as an auditor.

Koltsovo International Airport (TIN 6608000446) is one of the largest airports in Russia. It is included into Regional Airport Holding. Renova Group is a strategic investor. Koltsovo Airport works in cooperation with 50 Russian and foreign aviation companies.

The IQ 2016 passenger turnover increased 4.9% to 778ths passengers prior year period.

The IQ 2016 net profit moved down (RAS) 10.07 fold to 26.472mln rub. from 266.506mln rub.; revenues rose 4.53% to 929.203mln rub. from 888.953bn.
