Charter flights from Russiato Turkey will be resumed on July 7, 2016,  the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, Turkey, said on its Twitter account, according to Interfax.

“17 charter flights from Russiato Turkey will start flying since July 7, 2016”, one said in a statement.

At the end of November 2015, Russia imposed sanctions against Turkeyafter the incident with a Russian bomber shot down by Turkish Air Force. According to the Turkish side, the aircraft violated the airspace of the country. After that, Russian tour operators and travel agents were forbidden to sell tourist trips to Turkey.
