Under the terms of the holder of the type certificate and is responsible for the type design of the aircraft "Antonov", the operator can conduct only periodic maintenance, and all the severe forms — the only Ukrainian manufacturer with the participation of the Ulyanovsk "Aviastar-SP" (carries out the maintenance and repair of the An-124, released at the Ulyanovsk factory).
