In the first half of 2016, the passenger throughput of S7 Group (Siberia Airlines and Globus) increased by 23.2% year-on-year to 5.786 million, the press service of S7 informed.
In June 2016, the passenger throughput increased by 29.3% year-on-year to 1.324 million. In particular, the number of passengers on domestic air routes increased by 33.7% to 966,264, the number of international air passengers increased by 18.9% year-on-year to 358,129.
Last month, the group's passenger turnover grew by 32.5% to 2.767 billion passenger-kilometers, the cargo turnover by 31.8% to 258.684 million tonne-kilometers.
