ENGINEERING Holding has entered the market of painting services for Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ 100), a Russian regional aircraft manufactured by Sukhoi Civil Aviation Company (SCAC).   

In mid-July the aircraft painting center operated by  S 7 ENGINEERING (part of ENGINEERING Holding) delivered a fully repainted SSJ100 aircraft (tail number RA-89008) to its customer.   

The aircraft will be operated by Irkutsk-based IrAero airline. The SSJ100 was painted using Aerodur C21/100 system produced by the world’s leading manufacturer of painting materials, Netherlands-based AkzoNobel. 

ENGINEERING Holding’s aircraft painting center in Mineralnye Vody Airport was established in autumn of 2014. In February 2016  S 7 ENGINEERING received the Russian authorities’ approval for all forms of maintenance on SSJ100 aircraft.
