Information for Aeroflot passengers with travel planned to/from Turkey on 16-17 July 2016

Due to the unstable situation in Turkey, Aeroflot has taken the decision to cancel the following flights:

16 July

SU2136/2137 Sheremetyevo – Istanbul – Sheremetyevo

SU2134/2135 (arriving on 17 July) Sheremetyevo – Istanbul – Sheremetyevo

SU2142/2143 Sheremetyevo – Antaliya – Sheremetyevo

17 July

SU2142/2143 Sheremetyevo – Antaliya – Sheremetyevo

Passengers will be offered travel on later flights. Larger aircraft will be made available for those subsequent flights as needed.

Passengers are being informed of the cancellations via Aeroflot’s Call Centre.

Passengers arriving to check in for their flights will be provided with support as per company policy.

Passengers booked on canceled flights are entitled to cancel their tickets for a full refund. Tickets can be refunded at the point of sale. For tickets purchased through Aeroflot’s website, returns are available via Aeroflot’s contact centre.
