Technodinamika will create air bags and rescue rafts for light helicopters, Rostec informed.
In particular, Technodinamika has won the open bidding of Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade for the development of accessories for helicopters. Among the range of accessories Technodinamika will design are modern rescue rafts and air bags for medium and light helicopters. The contract amounts to RUB 350 million.
Technodinamika Holding specializes in the design, manufacture and aftersales services of aircraft systems and components. Besides, the holding produces components and assembly units for industrial sectors (oil and gas, automobile industry, transport, electric power). Technodinamika Holding comprises 36 companies operating all over Russia (in Moscow, Moscow region, Ufa, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Arkhangelsk region and other regions). The holding is operating as a structural unit of state-owned corporation Rostec.
IFRS net profit of Technodinamika for 2015 decreased by 19% year-on-year to RUB 1.994 billion. Revenue increased by 19% to RUB 19.829 billion against RUB 16.638 billion the year before.
Rostec Group (Russian Technologies Group until December 2012) established in November 2007 is meant to provide assistance to Russian entities of various industries in the development, manufacture and marketing of hi-tech goods domestically and abroad, in carrying out applied R&D to explore promising technologies and in adopting advanced techniques for production to boost the quality of domestic technologies, to reduce the time and cost of their development.
In 2014, Rostec earned RUB 964.5 billion in revenues, paid a total of RUB 147.8 billion in taxes.
