Sukhoi approved 2015-dividends.

June 28 at the Sukhoi Company annual meeting the holders made a decision to pay up the 2015-dividends in the total volume of 1.344bn rub. (50.01% of net profit) or 17.21 rub./common stock, the company informed.

134.397mln rub. were transferred for the formation of the reserve fund; 1.209bn rub. - for the investments.

All issues included into the agenda were affirmed. The new BOD members were elected; BDO-Yunikon being approved as an auditor.

Sukhoi (TIN 7740000090) is the largest aviation holding in Russia. It is included into Joint Air Corp. (OAK). Su aircrafts made at the plant are well-know all over the world.

The IH 2015 net losses (IAS) moved up 3.4% to 6.517bn rub. from 6.303bn rub.; revenues - 4.9% to 28.797bn rub. from 27.451bn rub.; operating losses - 38.55% to 2.983bn rub. from 2.153bn rub.; pretax losses - 7.57% to 7.586bn rub. from 7.052bn rub.

The IQ 2016 net losses (RAS) increased 1.963bn rub. from 185.066mln rub.; revenues being up 38.5% to 8.51bn rub. from 6.145bn rub.
