June 10 the supervisory council of UTair Aviation Company is going to elect new members of the management board, the company informed.

Besides, the participation in other entities and liquidation of the branch should be considered along with some other issues.

UTair Aviation Company (TIN 7204002873) is a key company of the Group involving aviation entities, repair, staff and servicing divisions. 

It provides passenger carriages and is ranked as one of the largest air carriers in Russia. The 4-month 2016 passenger turnover moved up 18.8% to 1.673mln against prior year figures. 

The 2015 net profit (IAS) gained 2.274bn rub. vs 61.659mln rub. in losses prior year; revenues being down 8.15% to 70.347bn rub. from 76.59bn rub.; operating profit coming to 5.035bn rub. vs. 10.853bn rub. in losses; pretax losses - 7.975bn rub. vs. 64.225bn rub. in losses. 

The IQ 2016 (RAS) net losses moved down 2.82% to 1.395bn rub. from 1.435mln rub.; revenues declined 9.22% to 9.793bn rub. from 10.788bn rub
