Airport Murmansk affirmed dividends

June 24 at the Murmansk Airport annual meeting the holders approved the 2015-dividends in the total volume of 2.965mln rub. (1.2 rub./pcs), the company informed.

The annual accounting was approved; new BOD members being elected.

MurmanAuditExpert was affirmed as an auditor.
The loan contract in the volume of 160ml rub. with Novaport Holding was approved.

Murmansk Airport (TIN 105040715) is a monopolist on the regional aviation market. It covers 65% of services market. Besides, it is a sole airport in Murmansk reg. providing international flights. In 2015 the passenger turnover increased 12.6% to 751.258ths/passenger.

The share capital is equal to 247.109ths rub. split in 1853318 common and 617772 A-preferred stocks. The passenger turnover in 2015 moved up 12.6% to 751.258ths.

The 9-month 2015 net profit (RAS) rallied up 2.4 fold to 51.99mln rub. from 21.642mln rub.; revenues being up 16.52% to 413.323mln rub. from 357.295mln rub.; profit from sales - 2.11 fold to 74.262mln rub. from 35.237mln rub.; pretax profit - 2.37 fold to 65.45mln rub. from 27.599mln rub.
