Technodinamika consolidated 100% of Electroprivod, Rosteс informed.

The funding of the Electroprivod stocks buyback was realized out of the own and credit funds of Technodinamika .

In Nov. 2015 59.33% were acquired to drive the shareup to 84.34%. Later, Technodinamika increased its share step-by-step up to 95%.

80mln rub. will be invested into the modernization. The value of the assets is assumed to rally up 80%.

Now Electroprivod is a sole developer and producer of the wing mechanization systems for the majority of Russian aircrafts and helicopters and of electromechanical units for the perspective engines.

The 2014-revenues reached 505mln rub. (70% due to the products for the aviation sector; 25% - oil/gas sector); net profit gained 22mln rub.

Technodinamika provides development and production of the systems for air planes and components for the units used in the gas/oil sector. It includes 36 entities and is involved into Rosteс structure
