Emergency Ministry aircraft deliver relief goods meant for Luhansk region to Rostov-on-Don

An Emergency Ministry Ilyuzhin Il-76 plane with 22 tons of medicines aboard landed today at the airport of Rostov-on-Don.

At Don Rescue Center which is now building the 53^rd humanitarian convoy the medicines and medical items will be loaded to trucks which are going to join the convoy. The convoy will deliver to Luhansk region food, medicines, books and essentials.

In all, the Russian Emergencies Ministry convoys have delivered over 62 thousand tons of humanitarian aid to Luhansk and Donetsk regions since the middle of August 2014.
