Russian regional carrier RusLine will increase its network from Sochi this summer. The Moscow-based airline is scheduled to operate flights from nine Russian cities beginning June 11 through Sept. 11, 2016, ATWonline reported.
RusLine will launch Bombardier CRJ-100/200 2X-weekly service connecting the southern Russian city with Belgorod, Vladikavkaz, Voronezh, Mineralnye Vody, Nizhnekamsk and Ulyanovsk, as well as weekly Moscow and Saransk service, and 3X-weekly Makhachkala service. RusLine already operates 3X-weekly service from Sochi to Lipetsk and Rostov-on-Don.
Earlier in May, the airline announced its Voronezh network will include five destinations in summer 2016. Besides Sochi, the carrier will operate Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Gelendzhik service.
In 2015, RusLine carried 580,454 passengers, down 7.3% year-over-year. The airline takes part in Russia’s government subsidy programs.
