Extraordinary general meeting held at Sheremetyevo International Airport

On the 20^th of May 2016 Sheremetyevo International Airport special shareholders’ meeting was held. Shareholders have elected the new Executive Board, new Internal Audit Commission and have agreed upon the main administrative and legal documentation.

New Board of Executives consists of: First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Evgeny Ditrikh, Assistant Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alan Lushnikov, “MD Group” Ltd. Vice-President Ilya Petrov, President of non-profit partnership “Financial Managers Guild” Alexander Pleshakov, OJSC TPS Commercial Real Estate Chairman of the Board of Directors A. Ponomarenko, JSC “Sheremetyevo International Airport” Chief Executive Officer M. Vasilenko, President of LLC “Sheremetyevo Holding” Roman Zinoviev, LLC “Sheremetyevo Holding” Vice-President of Business Analysis Alexey Smagin, LLC “Sheremetyevo Holding” Corporate Development Vice-President Tamara Pakhomenko.

New Internal Audit Commission consists of: Deputy Head of Administrative Department of the Federal Property Management Agency of the Russian Federation Mikhail Sorokin, LLC “Sheremetyevo Holding” Financial Vice-President Julia Levitina, Planning and Budgeting Direction Executive Galina Utkina.

This is the 200th aircraft of this type produced by the United Aircraft Corporation and the first SSJ leased to the airline from PSB Leasing. The term of the contract is 20 years. Another 3 aircraft of this type were received by the airline this year from STLC. For the aircraft, an inverse version of the airline's livery was chosen (not the standard white and red, but red and white). Now the airline's fleet has 2 aircraft painted in such manner, the second one is A320.
