During the May holidays and for the solemn events devoted to the Victory Day, the special flights are planned to ensure good weather in the Moscow region.
The Main Command of the Aerospace Forces has assigned 9 special aircraft An-12 and An-26 for that purpose.
The highly qualified crews from the Chkalov Main Flight and Test Centre will carry out the flights.
The works will be effectuated at the altitudes from 3,000 to 8,000 metres in the areas of big clouds which can cause bad weather.
