S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld® global aviation alliance®, gave its frequent flyers, S7 Priority members, an opportunity to visit the Russian Grand Prix of Formula 1, which will be held from 28 April till 1 May at Sochi Autodrom.

Seven members of the S7 Priority frequent flyer programme from Moscow, Barnaul, Perm and Ufa received invitation cards for the third Russian phase of the Formula 1 Championship, which will allow them to visit the event during the whole four-day period, and to take S7 Airlines flight to Sochi for free.

“We wanted to thank our most active passengers for their loyalty and constant choice of S7 Airlines services during their trips. Members of our programme are active and interesting persons, who often fly for business and for travelling in order to discover something new. We decided, that a memorable weekend with their loved ones in Sochi and visiting the Russian Grand Prix of Formula 1, one of the main sport events of the year, may be a wonderful present for them”, Natalia Nikolaeva, S7 Airlines Loyalty Programme Development Director, noted.

These members were chosen according to different criteria. The most loyal programme member will go to Sochi, he registered in the programme in 2008, when it was created, and from 2009 he has been confirming his Gold or Platinum status in the programme. In addition S7 Airlines awarded a passenger, who was the most active frequent flyer in 2015 comparing with other members, and the most active business class passenger.

It is not necessary to have an elite status in the programme in order to go for this trip. Two Classic status passengers will also visit the Grand Prix, after registration in 2016 one of them made the largest number of flights with S7 Airlines, and the other became the most active user of the co-branded bank card in 2015.
