Flight tactic exercise with army aviation crews started in the Western MD. The exercise is held at one of the specialized aviation ranges of the Leningrad region.

Mi-24PN and Mi-8MTV-5 helicopter crews are to operate missile and gun armament at day- and nighttime during three days.

The servicemen are to practice new tactic methods on performing combat tasks with effective use of aviation hardware and its equipment.

The exercise involves more than 100 servicemen and about 10 Mi-24PN and Mi-8MTV-5 helicopters.
