Koltsovo acquires Kurumoch Airport

FAS satisfied an application submitted by Koltsovo Airport on the acquisition of 484986 voting stocks or 100% in Kurumoch International Airport, as it was informed.

In FAS's view, this transaction has no effects on the market competition.

Airport Holding (Rostov-na-Donu, TIN 7705543440) was registered in Apr. 2007. It provides capital investments in securities. The Holding keeps 100% in Regional Airports.

Koltsovo International Airport (TIN 6608000446) is one of the largest airports in Russia. It is included into Regional Airport Holding. Renova Group is a strategic investor. Koltsovo Airport works in cooperation with 50 Russian and foreign aviation companies.

The passenger turnover increased 5.4% to 4.526mln passengers in 2014.

The IH 2015 net profit moved down (RAS) 16.66% to 319.416mln rub. from 383.282mln rub.; revenues - 10.08% to 1.956bn rub. from 2.175bn rub.; profit from sales - 24.64% to 574.054mln rub. from 761.763mln rub.; pretax profit - 23.07% to 384.368mln rub. from 499.639mln rub
