Updated information as of 9:20 pm March 19th, 2016 for passengers flying to and from Rostov-on-Don

 The airport of Rostov-on-Don remains closed following an accident on 19 March.

Due to this fact Aeroflot announces changes in flight schedule for March 19 and 20, 2016:

Flight SU1161 Rostov-on-Don – SVO will be arranged from Krasnodar airport. Estimated time of departure - 23:00 Moscow time 19.03.2016. Passengers from Rostov-on-Don are transferred by ground transport.

Flight SU1162 SVO- Rostov-on-Don will be arranged to Krasnodar airport. Estimated departure time – 02:30 Moscow time 20.03.2016. Passengers will be transferred to Rostov-on-Don by ground transport.

The following flights are cancelled for March 20, 2016:

Flight SU1166 SVO – Rostov-on-Don;

Flight SU1167 Rostov-on-Don –SVO.

Passengers from the cancelled flights will be carried on the next available flights.

Aeroflot’s subsidiary Donavia has cancelled the following flights on 19 March:

SU5114/5115 Rostov-on-Don - St Petersburg - Rostov-on-Don

SU5152/5153 Rostov-on-Don - Simferopol - Rostov-on-Don

SU5367/5366 Sochi - Yerevan - Sochi

SU5330/5331 Rostov-on-Don - Yerevan - Rostov-on-Don

Aeroflot’s subsidiary Donavia has cancelled the following flights on 20 March:

SU5114/5115 Rostov-on-Don - St Petersburg - Rostov-on-Don

SU5330/5331 Rostov-on-Don - Yerevan - Rostov-on-Don

SU5152/5153 Rostov-on-Don - Simferopol - Rostov-on-Don

SU5116/5117 Rostov-on-Don - St Petersburg - Rostov-on-Don

Arrivals and departures will take place from Krasnodar Airport. A ground transfer has been arranged between Rostov-on-Don and Krasnodar for Aeroflot passengers.

Aeroflot passengers holding tickets for flights to and from Rostov will be able to return them without incurring penalties at place of ticket’s purchase. 

Aeroflot will keep passengers informed of any flight changes as more information becomes available.

Passengers will be kept informed through the call centre and will be given all necessary assistance. In accordance with the current standards passengers from the cancelled flights are provided with food and hotel accommodation.
