Flight exercise with Eastern fighter and bomber aviation units started in the Khabarovsk Krai.

In the course of the first stage of the exercise, Su-35S pilots will be escorting Su-24 bombers, which will carry out bombing of hardware columns of the simulated enemy at the Khabarovsk Krai range.

During the second stage, Su-35S duty force is to repel aerial attack of the simulated enemy aircraft against the airfield. Su-30SM crews will act as attackers.

The pilots are to perform more than 40 flights during the exercise.

The flight exercise is aimed at raising piloting level of the servicemen while performing joint training tasks.

The scheduled exercise will finish at the end of the week.
