Eighty paratroopers landed near Tajik-Afghan border at the area of Moscow border guard detachment in course of the Russian-Tajik joint exercise

Two Il-76 military transports dropped the paratroopers equipped with Arbalet guided special parachute systems, which had been designed for performing landing operations with weapons and equipped at the maximum horizontal range of 50 kilometers. 

Having landed the paratroopers moved into action at once.
