Su-24M crews of Shagol airbase practiced training flights with in-air refueling over Southern Urals.
The operation was held independently and in pairs. Il-78 tanker refueled two aircraft simultaneously.
These flights are the most difficult of flight training. Warplanes at a speed of 550 km/h approach the air tanker Il-78 on a distance of 10-15 m and make contact with a cone sensor to pour fuel.
