Su-24 crews of the Northern Fleet 45th Air Force and Air Defence army performed a number of training flights to the combat training ranges in the Barents Sea.

Flights of Su-24 bombers were carried out in the course of air defence joint training with new Soviet Union Admiral Gorshkov frigate, which continues passing armament and assembly trials in the Sea. 

Crews, who had passed special training course on operating over the sea, participated in the training. Having performed assigned tasks, the pilots returned to their home base in the Murmansk region.
