The aviation units of the Eastern MD located in the Primorsky, Khabarovsk and Zabaikalsky Krai finished defining the best fighter, attack, bomber and army aviation crews for participation in the Aviadarts contest.  

Piloting, navigation, and conducting air reconnaissance performed by all types of aircraft was assessed by the referee commission in the course of the preparation stage for the contest.

Moreover, Su-30SM pilots demonstrated their skills in performing aerial combats in groups. Mi-8AMTSh crews performed tasks on delivering cargos in motion.

Su-30SM fighters, Su-25 attack aircraft, Su-24M2 bombers, Mi-8AMTSh, Ka-52 and Mi-24 helicopters were operated during the contest.

The best crews will represent the Eastern MD during the all-army stage of the Aviadarts contest.
