VD Gulf, the leading independent MRO, was awarded EASA Part 145 base maintenance approval to perform all levels of maintenance on Airbus A320/ A321/ A319 family aircraft.

This unlimited base maintenance approval will enable VD Gulf, as a Sharjah based MRO, to serve the popular A320 family aircraft to airline operators, leasing companies and aircraft owners.

EASA recently conducted an extensive audit of VD Gulf’s Sharjah facility for regulation compliance, staff competence and availability of resources. The result of the audit was very successful without any findings.

Once again, VD Gulf proved to EASA that the staff, processes, tools/ equipment and management are in full compliance with the latest regulations set out by the European authority.

Under this expanded approval VD Gulf can offer all types of heavy maintenance work, extensive modifications, complicated systems/ avionics upgrades, highest level of maintenance checks and any other work on the Airbus A320 family aircraft.
