Pobeda Airlines increased 11-month passenger flow by 43%

In January-November 2016, the passenger flow of Pobeda Airlines increased by 43% year-on-year to 3.946 million, Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency informed. 

The passenger turnover grew by 47.3% to 6.171 billion passenger-kilometers, the passenger load factor by 6.5 p.p. to 87.9%.

Pobeda Airlines LLC (Moscow, tax number: 970500131, previously operating as Byudzhetny Perevozchik LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Aeroflot Group established on September 16, 2014 to implement a low-cost project. The company's mission is to increase mobility of the population and transport accessibility of Russian regions.

Pobeda operates new efficient Boeing 737-800NG aircraft in a single-class layout designed for 189 passengers. By the end of 2014, the airline fleet will be increased to 4 aircraft and further expand to 40 planes by 2018. By that time, the company expects to fly to more than 45 destinations and to transport over 10 million passengers annually.

In H1 2016, the passenger flow of Pobeda Airlines increased by 80.7% year-on-year to 1.991 million.
