Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has restricted the validity of the Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) of Avia Management Group, trading as Dexter Air Taxi, until January 20, 2017.
In the order, issued on December 12, the agency noted that the group’s financial and economic situation did not meet the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Dexter Air Taxi is a scheduled carrier based in Ivanovo. It has a fleet of 10 PC-12s and has been held its AOC since 2005.
