Crews of Su-34 newest fighter-bombers of the aviation unit, which had been located in the Khabarovsk Krai, carried out bombardment of grouped targets at a range of the Eastern MD.
Moreover, pilots practiced piloting through the assigned route and preventing strikes of air defence systems of the simulated enemy.
Another batch of the aircraft is being checked at the Novosibirsk aviation plant. The aircraft will have been projected to the Far Eastern airfield by the end of 2016.
