Russian Helicopters has entered into an agreement with PJSC State transport leasing company to supply 27 Mi-8AmT, Mi-8MTV-1 and Ansat helicopters, the company informed.
Under the document, the parties have arranged for the supply of 13 medium multi-purpose Mi-8AmT helicopters, 10 Mi-8MtV-1 helicopters and 4 light Ansat helicopters to Russia's State transport leasing company. The ownership right will be transferred to STLC.
The rotorcraft will be supplied to STLC before the end of 2017.
JSC Russian Helicopters (tax number: 7731559044) is a subsidiary of JSC OPK Oboronprom which itself is part of the Rostec corporation. It controls and manages the following helicopter industry enterprises: Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant, Kamov, Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant, Kazan Helicopters, Rostvertol, Progress Arsenyev Aviation Company named after N.I. Sazykin, Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise, Stupino Machine Production Plant, Reduktor-PM, Novosibirsk Aircraft Repairing Plant and Helicopter Service Company.
IFRS net profit of JSC Russian Helicopters, its subsidiaries and affiliates for H1 2016 decreased by 24.1% to RUB 9.841 billion from RUB 12.966 billion for the same period in 2015. Revenue decreased by 1.35% to RUB 86.042 billion from RUB 87.222 billion, operating profit by 17.75% to RUB 18.147 billion from RUB 22.064 billion, pre-tax profit by 26.08% to RUB 14.325 billion from RUB 19.38 billion.
According to AK&M Information Agency's DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of JSC Russian Helicopters for 9 months 2016 grew by 5.09% to RUB 13.974 billion from RUB 13.296 billion for the same period in 2015. Revenue increased by 84.61% to RUB 33.851 billion from RUB 18.337 billion, sales profit by 53.17% to RUB 22.516 billion from RUB 14.7 billion, pre-tax profit by 8.81% to RUB 13.972 billion from RUB 12.84 billion.
