A ceremony of delivery of another batch of Su-30SM aircraft to the pilots of the separate naval air assault regiment of the Russian Navy by the Irkutsk aviation plant has taken place at the local airfield.

The construction of the Su-30SM and Yak-130 aircraft under the State Defence Order is an important task for the whole corporation.

The multipurpose fighter Su-30SM is one of the advanced combat aircraft of the Russian Armed Forces. Since 2012, it has been delivered to the Aerospace Forces, since 2014 – to the naval aviation of the Russian Navy.
