Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsia, has temporarily restricted the air operator’s certificate (AOC) for Pskovavia passenger and cargo airline through Dec. 7, ATWonline reported.
The decision is based on results of an unscheduled inspection held Nov. 3, as well as on a financial and economic analysis made from June 30 and Sept. 30.
Pskovavia is a Pskov-based regional carrier that operates a fleet of Antonov An-24s. It performs flights to Moscow and Saint Petersburg, and from Saint Petersburg to cities that include Bryansk, Vladimir and Kursk.
