Sukhoi extraordinary general meeting scheduled for November 11

The shareholders of PJSC Company Sukhoi will hold an extraordinary general meeting by absentee voting on November 11. According to the company's statement, the record date is October 17.

The shareholders are expected to consider approving interested party transactions which the company may effect in the future.

PJSC Company Sukhoi (tax number: 7740000090) is Russia's biggest aviation holding, part of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC). Sukhoi's SU combat planes are among the most advanced products in today's global arms market and form the backbone of Russia's front-line air forces and tactical air forces of many countries worldwide.

IFRS net loss of PJSC Company Sukhoi for H1 2016 increased 2.2 times to RUB 14.54 billion from RUB 6.581 billion for the same period in 2015. Revenue grew by 70% to RUB 49.184 billion from RUB 28.797 billion. Gross profit increased to RUB 6.531 billion from RUB 3.253 billion.

According to AK&M Information Agency's DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of PJSC Company Sukhoi for H1 2016 was RUB 2.293 billion against a loss of RUB 630.537 million the year before. Revenue increased by 64.36% to RUB 29.174 billion from RUB 17.75 billion, sales profit 2.85 times to RUB 3.454 billion from RUB 1.212 billion, pre-tax profit was RUB 2.994 billion against a loss of RUB 311.598 million for the same period in 2015.
