Koltsovo Airport's 9-month passenger flow down 2.8%

In January-September 2016, Koltsovo International Airport (Yekaterinburg) served 3.259 million passengers (-2.8% year-on-year), the airport's press service informed.

In particular, the passenger flow on domestic air routes grew by 14% to 2.398 million, the number of international passengers decreased by 31% to 860,845. The five most popular destinations are Russian cities (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Simferopol and Novosibirsk).

According to the DataCapital information retrieval system, RAS net profit of Koltsovo Airport PSC for H1 2016 grew by 50.32% to RUB 480.153 million from RUB 319.416 million for the same period in 2015. Revenue increased by 2.6% to RUB 2.007 billion from RUB 1.956 billion, sales profit decreased by 21.68% to RUB 449.587 million from RUB 574.054 million, pre-tax profit grew by 52.12% to RUB 584.701 million from RUB 384.368 million.
