Passenger throughput of DONAVIA decreased by 15% in 2015

In 2015, the passenger throughput of DONAVIA decreased by 15% year-on-year to 1.475 million, Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency informed.

The passenger turnover decreased by 20.8% to 1.938 billion passenger-kilometers, the passenger load factor by 2.6 p.p. to 71.3%.

Cargo and mail handling decreased by 13.4% to 2.075 thousand tonnes.

JSC DONAVIA (Rostov-on-Don, tax number: 6166041242) established on March 30, 2000 as JSC Aeroflot-Don is part of the Aeroflot group of companies and is based at the Rostov-on-Don airport. The company Is the largest airline in the south of Russia. 

JSC DONAVIA provides regular and charter air transportation services for passenger, cargoes and mail from the airports of Rostov-on-Don, Moscow, Mineralnye Vody, Sochi, Krasnodar to Russian and foreign cities. The airline is an active IATA member, included in the register of IOSA operators and constantly renews this certificate. DONAVIA's fleet consists of 10 Airbus A319 aircraft and one Boeing 737-400 airliner. 

In January-July 2015, passenger throughput of DONAVIA decreased by 9.8% year-on-year to 893,055.
